My name is Robin Harford.

For the past twenty years I’ve worked with wild plants, not only as food or medicine, but as companions and teachers.

My work blends contemplative ecology, foraging and folk herbalism.

It’s grounded in the belief that our deepest nourishment comes not from using plants, but from being present with them.

These practices grew out of teaching thousands of people and countless hours spent on footpaths, in hedgerows, at the edges of fields - learning to pay attention.

They aren’t about knowing more.

I share this approach through small group walks, seasonal workshops, and writing.
